RATES & POLICIES
|Weekday: Sunday - Thursday|
|$350.00 per night, two night minimum.|
|Weekend: Friday - Saturday|
|$375.00 per night, two night minimum.|
Weekend rate does not apply for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10:30am
- Additional guest fee: $20.00 a person a night after the first two
- Cleaning fee: $120
- Prices valid only for current calendar year.

Deposit: We require a security deposit of $400.00. Your deposit will be refunded if no damage or theft has occurred, no excessive cleaning is required and all of the policies listed below have been honored. Your deposit can be taken care of 2 ways. You can send a separate check for $400.00 dated the first day of your reservation. Your check will be destroyed after you check out if all is well. The other option is to sign the credit card agreement below to allow your credit card to be used as a virtual deposit.
Please notify us if you have more people staying at the cabin than stated in your reservation.
If you have guests hanging out at the cabin who are not staying there, please clear it with Alpine Hotspings Hideaway first.Events:
If you are planning a wedding, party, or other large gathering, please let us know in advance. We may be able to help you with some of the details and local referrals.
Additional fresh towels, bedding and light cleaning are available for an additional charge. Please make arrangements prior to your stay, or call during your stay if you find you need this service.
Please clean the kitchen before checking out. We may deduct a kitchen-cleaning fee of $25.00 from your deposit if applicable.
No Smoking in the cabin please! If you smoke in the cabin your deposit will be subject to forfeiture. If you smoke outside please exercise extreme caution. We are always very concerned about forest fires in the mountains. Please be considerate and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground around the property, use the ash cans or trash barrels.
No pets on property please. We love pets, but we cannot allow pets on the property, no exceptions please. If you bring pets onto the premises your deposit will be subject to forfeiture and you will be asked to leave. Your reservation will be treated as a cancellation. (See the cancellation policy below.)
You have up to 30 days prior to your stay to cancel or change your reservation and only be charged a cancellation/change fee. The cancellation/change fee 10% of your total stay. If you cancel your reservation inside of 30 days you will forfeit the total amount of your stay OR you can apply your reservation to a future stay, less a $50.00 reschedule fee. In the event that you do re-book for a future stay, and cancel that reservation, then you will forfeit the total amount of the reservation.
