The Alpine Hot Springs Hideaway is located in the heart of the San Isabel National Forest and is on a well-maintained, paved county road. We are centrally located in Chaffee County, 10 minutes from beautiful Buena Vista and 20 minutes from the exciting town of Salida. We are only ¼ mile from Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort. We are remote, yet have easy access to dining, music, art, recreation, and other activities.

Driving Directions:

From Denver: Take Highway 285 South through Johnson Village. The road comes to a T just outside of Johnson Village. Turn left on Highway 285, towards Salida. Go 5.4 miles to County Road 162, which is signed for Mount Princeton Hot Springs and St. Elmo. Turn right. Go 4.5 miles from Highway to 285 to Alpine Hotspring Hideaway at 16185 County Road 162.

From Colorado Springs: Take Highway 24 West. Highway 24 comes to a T at Highway 285. Turn left, towards Buena Vista. Continue through Johnson Village. The road comes to a T just outside of Johnson Village. Turn left on Highway 285, towards Salida. Go 5.4 miles to County Road 162, which is signed for Mount Princeton Hot Springs and St. Elmo. Turn right. Go 4.5 miles from Highway to 285 to Alpine Hotspring Hideaway at 16185 County Road 162.
